User Rôles at RockStanza.Info
There are a few different levels of user rôle on the RockStanza.Info website. These are designed to allow you to gradually become familiar with the process of adding content, so you can work with confidence.
Anonymous
This is the default, for when you are not logged in. You can view most content, but cannot change anything or post comments.
Authenticated
This means you are logged in. You can post comments, although they will not appear until approved by as site admin. You can also view images at their original full resolution. You can also view previous versions of any page (if a previous version exists). Once logged in you are able to search content too.
Visitor
Visitor status gives you the additional capability of posting comments without having to wait for approval by a site admin. You can also create news stories, these will be subject to approval.
Ancillary Contributor
Ancillary content means poems and other creative content as well as trips or excursions to parts of Shetland ('BWC Excursions'). As an ancillary contributor you will be able to upload your own poems, or details of trips to interesting parts of Shetland. Once you have posted content, it will be subject to approval by a site admin.
Broch Contributor
If you have visited broch sites and would like to add your own photos then this is the rôle for you! As a broch contributor you will be able to attach your photos to individual brochs, so that they appear on the correct broch page automatically.
Site Editor
Editors can amend or delete any content within the site.
