This was a lovely day, with lots of sunshine and just the odd shower. Pretty breezy at the top and a fair few patches of snow lying around too.

Scalla Field is one of the highest points in the vicinity, so the views are good. We set off from the road end at Upper Kergord and after one hour at a leisurely pace arrived at the trig point. There is a nicely built stone cairn near the top and excellent views all round.
